A finance graduate of the University of California, Sacramento, Stephen began his career in 1974 and earned his Broker's License in 1976. His path includes owning a real estate and construction company in South Lake Tahoe, luxury development and syndication, and leading Keller Williams Market Centers—including co-founding Carmel's, and leading offices in Marina del Rey and Thousand Oaks.
He spent 13 years in Los Angeles representing entertainment executives, celebrities, and distinguished clientele, and has served as listing and selling broker for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Monterey County.
With ties to Carmel dating back to the 1960s and a permanent move here in 2002, his knowledge extends to the communities, lifestyle, history, and nuances that make the Peninsula one of the world's most distinctive markets.
